Who we are

AideReady is run by All-In-One Home Health Software, LLC, 1756 Brice Rd, Unit B, Reynoldsburg, OH. It connects caregivers with home care agencies. We are not the employer of any caregiver, and we do not place or supervise caregivers.

Caregivers

Accounts are free. You must give true, current information and upload only your own documents. You agree that we may check your name against the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry, the OIG exclusion list and SAM.gov, and show the results to agencies you apply to.

Agencies

Agencies must be licensed or certified to provide home care, and we may ask for proof. A "Verified" badge shows only the checks listed on the profile and the date of each. It does not replace the background checks, reference checks, competency evaluations or other hiring steps that state and federal rules require of the agency. Each agency is responsible for its own hiring decisions.

Acceptable use

Don't post fake jobs, collect caregivers' information for any purpose other than hiring, or discriminate unlawfully. We may suspend any account that breaks these terms.

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for hiring outcomes or for the accuracy of third-party lists. Ohio law governs these terms.
